Masaccios (1401-1428) grasp of perspective and three- dimensional modelling is seen in the "The Tribute Money" which is shown below.
Discuss Masacios work with detailed reference to the Tribute Money, th eperiod in which it was produced, its subject matter, composition, materials and the techniques used in its producton
and
Name and briefly discuss one other artist from this period.

When answering this question make sure to include the following into your answer: 

• The development of the Renaissance in Italy
• Who was Masaccio ?
• What sculptures / and artists influenced his work to bring about his own use of perspective into his paintings.- be very clear here and very specific 
• When was this painting produced (early renaissance) the paintings subject matter  (what is the story of the painting),composition( layout and arrangement of painting) materials and techniques used ( here discuss how he mathematically mapped out most of his paintings and used perspective in his work i.e lighter colour palette for the backgrounds, folds and expression in the figures etc.
• Draw some illustrations from the painting to illustrate your answer.
• Give a good conclusion to how he influenced renaissance art and bought change in style and approach to painting.
